Creating content in the Document Editor

This documentation shows what a Producer document is and how it is structured.

Start > Presentation objects - This guide demonstrates how to insert textboxes into the E-learning, Documentation and Guide views in the Document Editor. Free text can then be entered into these textboxes.

You have the option of organizing the structure of your document with the help of outline elements. Here you will find general information about this function.

Outline elements are for structuring the content in a Producer document. They are highlighted in bright blue in the Step list. Outline elements can be used in both the E-learning view and in the Documentation view. This guide will demonstrate how to insert them.

This guide will reveal how to edit an outline element: The outline element consists of text and the level that you assign to the outline element. The level is for arranging the outline levels one below the other. In the documentation, the level is equivalent to the hierarchy of the headings. You also have the option of specifying whether the outline element is to be used only in the e-learning.
