In order to be able to provide employees with as wide a range of content as possible (i.e. not only guides, but also any other types of information), it’s possible to attach a context to both the documents and structural elements in tts performance suite. The context allows you to specify that help documents appear in QuickAccess at the right time, for example, whenever the user is using a special application such as SAP, Salesforce or similar.
