Creating Processes, Topics and Courses

This chapter explains how to structure content in the various views of tts performance suite. Three views are available – Processes, Topics and Courses.

Release : ttsps 2025r2

Depicting business processes and linking them to documents

The Process view allows you to depict linear business processes and nest them within one another. It’s possible to store documentation, desired results and roles for every process step. This allows you to design your documentation in a process and role-oriented manner.

Working with topics

You can compile content freely in the Topics view. Topics are like individual folders that can be nested within one another.

Creating courses and Web-Based Training

E-learning courses or Web-Based Training (WBT) can be created in the Course view. Courses can be assigned to target groups. The course variant function can be used to help with multilingual projects.

Roles and target groups

This chapter explains how to use roles and group them together in organizational units. Roles can be assigned to processes. This assignment results in role-specific views in WebAccess (portal). Roles can also be used for courses, where they are then referred to as target groups.
