When you create content for QuickAccess, it can come in many forms. You can create field helps and guides, or use any other documents you want, such as PDF files or Excel lists. Similar to guides, steplists involve step-by-step instructions for an IT application. You can quickly record these with the Recorder in QuickAccess and then upload them to the Curator as a separate document.
